WOW. MY FIRST BLOG ENTRY

Well. Now isn't this a kick? I don't even really know what this is going to look like and I have to make an entry I guess before I can see my blog.
I'd like to give this more thought. Hmm.
Okay, let's be a gamer.
Hi. I'm Sole. I'm so excited about entering the exciting world of blogging. Even though I have misgivings about the word 'blog'.
First, it sounds a lot like 'bog'. And I really don't like the idea of my cognitive processes being tied up in a bog.
Don't really care for the word sounding like and even evoking the word 'slog'. Who wants to slog at anything? I don't.
Also it brings to mind 'fog'. Not a good thing for thinking and expressing ones self. And 'blog', forgive me, I'm thinking of people complaining that they feel 'logy'. Ya see. I'm just not sure that feeling 'bloggy' is a good thing.
Hell of a gamer, ain't I?
Okay. I'm a newby, just trying it first hand. Joining the legions of people sharing their thoughts on feelings on just about everything. Helping out the historians of tommorow have a billion or so Mary Chesnutts.
Geez. Can you imagine if ancient Rome, at it's most off the hook when the lead in the pipes had really jacked their brains, can you imagine if they'd been blogging? Damn, would we have some entertaining reading. May we amuse the future half as much.
And may I periodically amuse. Or avoid boring. I make no special claims for my life or the entertainment value of it. And I make no claims at all for my powers of expression.
Just a curious boomer tryin' to keep the synapses warm by forced higher cognitive functioning.
